Here is the process:

- Fill out your contact information.
- Conduct NON-MEDICAL consultation (your time to ask any cannabis/hemp related questions).
- Next, you will be linked to the TeleHealth site of the next available physician.
- Fill out a medical form.
- Input your payment and/or insurance information for the physician (separate payment).
- Select a time to see the Dr. (usual availability within 1-2hours).
- After your TeleHealth visit, and if approved, your information will be sent to the GA Dept of Public Health.
- You will be emailed a link to pay for your medical card ($33).
- Card will be sent via USPS or picked up at your county office.
